Iyengar Yoga

In Iyengar Yoga we work with precision and joy in order to establish mobility and stability in the physical body. In the beginning, we mainly focus on the practice of Asanas (Yoga postures), establishing firmness, confidence within our bodies and allowing relaxation to come. As we go progressively, more subtle aspects such as breathing will be applied, involving the practice of Pranayama (control of breath). As much as Iyengar Yoga helps to acquire health and well-being in our bodies, as much will we experience freedom and lightness in our minds.
